Return & Refund Policy

This Return & Refund Policy applies to orders placed on https://ShopixoMart.com and is governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, Emirate of Dubai.


1. Return Window

We have a 5-day return policy, which means you have 5 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Requests made after 5 days of delivery will not be accepted.


2. Eligibility for Return

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in the same condition as received

  • Item must be unused and unworn

  • Item must be in its original packaging

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation/receipt) is required

  • A clear unboxing video is compulsory

⚠️ The unboxing video must clearly show:

  • The sealed package before opening

  • The shipping label

  • The condition of the item inside

Returns without a proper unboxing video will not be accepted.


3. How to Start a Return

Once your request is reviewed and approved:

  • We will provide return instructions

  • The return address will be shared after approval

  • Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted


4. Return Shipping Charges

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping.

  • A flat AED 10 return shipping fee will apply.

There are no restocking fees.


5. Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

If you receive:

  • A damaged item

  • A defective item

  • The wrong product

Contact us within 5 days of delivery with a mandatory unboxing video so we can review and resolve the issue.


6. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Personal care products

  • Items that are used, damaged by the customer, or not in original condition

If you are unsure whether your item qualifies, please contact us before requesting a return.


7. Exchanges

Currently, exchanges are not allowed.

If you wish to order a different item, you may place a new order separately (subject to stock availability).


8. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item:

  • We will notify you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • If approved, refunds will be processed to:

    • The original payment method, or

    • Bank transfer (for Cash on Delivery orders)

Refund processing time:
8–15 business days

Please note that banks or card providers may take additional time to reflect the amount.
